Expanded Appointment Availability in January for Detox, IOP, and MAT
To meet demand in 2022, Master Center is continuing to add providers and increase our treatment team to serve individuals and families experiencing the complex – yet treatable – disease of addiction. We are dedicated to helping anyone who suffers from the treatable, chronic medical disease of addiction as they work to find freedom and joy in their lives again. Appointments are available in January for the following services in Greater Richmond, Hampton Roads area, and Middle Peninsula region:
Withdrawal Management (Detox): A 1-month outpatient program that includes withdrawal management with medication and frequent medical visits, weekly group therapy, therapeutic assessment, and psychiatric assessment.
Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use Disorders: IOP consists of a structured substance abuse treatment program provided in the form of 24 group therapy meetings, 4x per week, providing a valuable opportunity to build a solid foundation for a sustained recovery process.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Provided through a phased approach that includes regular medical and therapy visits as well as using medications such as Buprenorphine and Vivitrol.
