Getting help doesn’t look like what you think.
Most people picture an intervention. A facility in another state. Thirty days away from everything. That’s not what this is.
Getting help for drinking can start with a single conversation — with someone who has heard it all before and won’t judge any of it.
Start with a conversation.

What you do about your drinking is nobody else’s business.
Your health information is protected by HIPAA — and medical care for drinking and substance use carries even stronger federal confidentiality protections than most healthcare. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission.
Not your employer. Not your family. Not your neighbor. Only who you choose to tell.
Have questions about privacy?
What getting help looks like.
The first step is just a doctor’s appointment.
When you call, you’ll speak with someone on our intake team who will ask you a few basic questions — nothing intimidating, just enough to get started.
From there, you’ll come in for a consultation. A medical assistant will take your vitals and health history. A provider trained in helping people with drinking will sit down with you, ask questions, and listen. You’ll also meet your peer coach — someone who gets it, because they’ve lived it.
It feels like a regular doctor’s appointment. The questions may get personal — that’s because honest answers lead to better care, not judgment. Nothing you say will surprise us.

You don’t have to “go to rehab”

Most people who need help with drinking don’t need to check into a facility. Getting help can happen close to home, on a schedule that fits around work, family, and everything else in your life.
You see your provider the way you’d see any other doctor. You come in for appointments. You go home. Many visits are available via telehealth from your living room.
Nobody disappears. Nobody puts their life on hold.
In some cases, a higher level of care may be the right call. If that’s true for you, we’ll tell you honestly and help you find the right place.

Not sure you even have a problem?
That’s actually a good reason to call.
A provider trained in alcohol use can help you figure out where you stand — no label, no commitment, no assumption that you need a program. Just an honest conversation and a professional opinion from someone who has seen it all.
You might find out you’re fine. You might find out there’s something worth addressing. Either way, you’ll know. Call now.
